Shipping

Packages ship from the U.S. to the address provided in your order. Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays) from the U.S. to the address provided in your order. If you purchase an item on the weekend or public holiday, your item will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We ship worldwide.

U.S. orders normally deliver within 2-6 days upon shipment (excluding Sundays and holidays).

International orders are shipped through USPS First Class Package International and may take up to 1-2 weeks (excluding Sundays and holidays) for delivery. In some cases, delivery may take longer than 3-6 weeks. Your patience is very much appreciated.

Once an item is shipped Vinti Trunk is not responsible for international custom fees or returned, lost, stolen, or damaged mail. Please contact USPS if you believe your shipment has been lost. If an item is returned to our address for reasons out of our control, a second shipping cost should be paid by the customer in order to proceed with re-shipment. Vinti Trunk is not responsible for any customs duties/import tax charges you may incur.
